Twinked characters don’t exist in the open world. Well you have 2 or 3 fake PvP servers (Benediction, Faerlina, Whitemane) which are all nearly 100% dominated by one faction and you’ll never see PvP in the open world. All but one of the realms is completely P2W, and the PvP is cross-realm so you'll be at a huge disadvantage anyways.
