The fan motor plug shows 12v on the meter but the fan does not come on when it is plugged in. If I hot wire the fan motor directly to the battery, the fan runs full speed. It will have a 4 or 5 pin plug and it's mounted in the hvac case right next to the blower so that it always has air flow to keep it cool..
